Edinburgh Man #110

We're back! Copacetic! Last week's annoying cough and sore throat has (more or less) passed, so the podcast returns for another exciting meander through an eclectic mix of new music.

Recently I've been trying to mix up the musical styles a little bit. In particular some more noisy stuff to keep you all on your toes. I was concerned that this would result in less people listening, but in fact the number of people downloading the show has increased! Damn! Just for that I start off the show with Toronto based punk band The Soupcans and a track from their debut LP out soon on Telephone Explosion! (That's their exclamation mark, by the way). There's also a track from my current favourite musical style - european surf punk courtesy of The Dark Colours Since 1685. It's not all noisy rock though - indie-pop from The Spook School, pop-punk from Destroy Nate Allen and post-folk from entertainment for the braindead all feature in tonight's magical musical mix.
